Capacity Development in Liberia

TCP International completed a project within the programme

"Capacity Development of the Transport Sector/Roads in Liberia"  implemented by GIZ. The mission focused on two separate topics:

1. Decentralization of administrative procedures and especially issuing driver licenses and

2. The development of a PPP framework in the transport sector.
