Service area analysis for city location in Langenfeld, Northrhine-Westfalia

In the framework of a comprehensive real estate analysis for a city center location in the City of Langenfeld, Northrhine-Westfalia, implemented by Cushman&Wakefield,Frankfurt/Main, service areas with different travel time thresholdswere calculated and analysed. This particular analysis aimed at calculating the numberof inhabitants and the available purchasing power levels for differentservice areas, and to map and statistically analyse these numbers.
