New publication: Planning guide for new railway systems in Germany according to BOStrab

Together with his two co-authors Dipl.-Ing. Udo Lenz and Andreas Marx, TCP International managing director Olaf Scholz-Knobloch published a new paper entitled „Planungsleitfaden für neue Bahnsystem nach BOStrab. Chancen und Möglichkeiten der optimalen Planung neuer Stadtbahnsysteme“ in the public transport engineering journal DER NAHVERKEHR (issue 09/2011, 62-65).
