Transport planners meeting of DB Regio Bus

Transport Planners from all over Germany met end of September 2014 in Cologne for their 3rd annual meeting. The participants from DB Regio operators met to exchange their ideas about the latest development in the competition among bus operators, their relations with the local authorities and commissioned agencies and how to meet the competitive challenges in this important market segment. At this occasion, a glance beyond German borders was given by the TCP Director Angelika Zwicky. She presented the transport planning challenges encountered in Namibia’s capital Windhoek. Interesting discussions and mutual inspirations was the positive outcome of this exchange. Together with the DB subsidiary DB International GmbH TCP International will further strive to accompany the transport planning processes in Windhoek.
