TCP International generated road and rail travel time matrices for 2013 on behalf of the Department of Economics of the University of Bern, Switzerland. The matrices were calculated between all NUTS-3 regions of the European Union (2007 classification of Eurostat), based upon transport networks derived from the RRG GIS Database.
